Build time:

For custom build bikes, we are currently advising to allows 35-40 business days on average.

A member of our team will contact you and discussed all areas of your order. Once your eBike is built we will send you photos & a short video of your full build to check, then upon your confirmation that you are happy we will get your order ready to ship.

Delivery/Shipping:

We can ship to most places worldwide. For shipping, it will depend on your location and various methods. We offer a Quick delivery that is subject to quotation to your location that will take 12-14 days on average (Please ask for a quote).

Standard low-cost shipping is 35-40 days on average. This in most cases is inclusive of all import taxes & customs duty fees, so no extra hidden costs.
